SCAMPERS
Fall Registration Open Jun 15th - Aug 26th
Spring Registration Open Jan 10th - Feb 7th
Some will refer to a group of lizards in motion as "A Scamper," and that is the core BTS program. We host Spring and Fall Scampers, which are a progression of rides (typically 8 rides) that are open to riders from ages 2 to 11 (from pre-school until 5th grade). Scampers meet once a week for a progression of rides at various parks located mostly in Sonoma County but may venture into Marin County.
Scampers are made possible by our many volunteer Ride Leaders and Ride Supporters. Our Scampers are broken into age/ability groups to best ensure all riders have a successful and fun time.
Some Scampers include a group for young balance bikers (push bikes without pedals), typically 2–3 years old.
REGISTRATION DATES
Each priority period is open for one week.

Priority 1 — June 21: New and returning Ride Leaders

Priority 3 — July 5: Returning members (Adults and Children)

Priority 4 — July 12: Waitlisted children (from Spring 2026 Scamper)

Priority 5 — July 19: Open registration for new members (Adults and Children)
